Web Design Client: Sky Promo

Sky Promotions approached us to build their web presence and take care of their hosting, email etc. They had no clear idea what angle they wanted to go online but requested something different that would get people talking. I called our Flash and PHP guru Hannes Brink in to manage the project and bring his interactive media skills to the table.

Malan took care of the web site layout design and logo identity. I gave him the orders to come up with a dark feel and incorporate some skyline features into the design. He delivered.

The website is 100% flash based and features a dark feel with clouds and prediotic lighting strikes. The content is posted on a vertical sliding wall and is updateable from the PHP admin backend. Sky Promotion’s staff will be able to update the site without any maintenance costs from our side.

As the preloader finishes the logo slides up and the clouds appear. The Sky Promotions logos also has a small ‘twinkle’ every few seconds..
